Shipping Policy

All orders ship within 3-5 business days.

Since we deal with a large number of distributors who may ship directly to you, you may receive a multi item order in separate packages, from separate shipping carriers on different days. Please allow time for all products to arrive prior to assuming a product is lost or has not been shipped.

Shipping Discounts

Products that indicate they are 'Eligible for Free Shipping' will be shipped free if the order total, minus any discounts, exceeds $250.00

Return Policy

We offer 100% no questions asked refunds on physical product returns submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. See further below about downloadable products.

Many of our products are shipped to you directly from our distributors. Return information should always be present within each order received, however, if this information is missing, and if you return the product to our office, your return, replacement and refund would be delayed.

When performing any return, please follow these guidelines:

• Upon return approval, repackage material as best as possible and return product with the shipping method instructed for that product.
• If product is being returned for exchange due to defective or damaged product, please allow up to 30 days for this product to be returned and replaced with a new product.
• If product is being returned due to dissatisfaction within 30 days of purchase, you full purchase price will be refunded. Please allow for up to 30 days for your credit card to be reimbursed.

 Electronic Downloadable Products are not directly refundable since their is no way to undo a download. If you desire a refund for a downloadable product, please notify us within 3 days of purchase and provide proof or explanation that you had not downloaded the product or were unable to download the product.
